Looking into the sun - how to overcome the fear of death by Irvin Yalom, btb, 2008. The book was recommended to us by Friedemann Schulz von Thun in 2015 at a further training on LIFE THEMES. Irvin Yalom is a psychoanalyst and has made the topic of mortality of EPICURE a therapeutic focus for himself. If you would like to delve a little deeper into the topic of resilience, this book is a great place to start. Frido has again recommended a very readable book that is again very useful and runs against the noisy mainstream.
