Lateral Culture Analysis LCA
Denkwerkstatt for Managers is a leader in conducting scientifically based culture analysis, known as Lateral Culture Analysis (LCA). Our culture analyses are based on our Lateral Culture Index (LCI), a leadership model introduced in 2015 and based on the modified models of Kurt Lewin, Edgar Schein and Claire Graves.
The scales and methodologies used in our analyses were qualified in two doctoral projects at the Universities of Surrey (UK) and Bratislava (Slovakia) in 2012. This scientific basis and the empirically obtained, relevant data that we can draw on are unique. No competitor can draw on such an extensive and scientifically sound database in the area of corporate culture.
Our clients use the benchmarks that we have determined from the data obtained from interviews with managers and employees as a starting point for far-reaching cultural change processes. These benchmarks serve as guidelines for the implementation of new organizational and management structures, the introduction of new IT systems, the development of AI concepts, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), the certification of annual reports according to ESG rules or strategic realignment in a world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA).
