With this seminar, participants evaluate their potential as a leader in specially developed exercises. The focus is on communication behavior, presence and impact, asserting one's own ideas, engaging others, and existing management knowledge. They examine the role and attitudes of managers and leaders and commit to working in learning partnerships between workshops, to the Reflective Diary and projects.
This program consists of workshops 1 (participants work out the Big Five of management and plan their implementation in everyday management), workshop 2 (communicate and motivate correctly as a manager) and workshop 3 (participants work out their position in teams in practical exercises and learn how to manage meetings).
