2nd Symposium: Current and Controversial

The 2nd symposium was held in March 2012 on highly topical issues. 

It was controversially discussed and brought to light important food for thought for the participating managers. Keywords were: Media are extensions of a human mental or physical ability and lead to amputations of the old. The hierarchy crisis leads to de-institutionalization of organizations and there are many unexplored new ways for successful organizations. 

Good speeches have authentic emotionality and dialogical preparation as their foundation. Art and conviction is all that comes through. The future of the energy industry will be decentralized & intelligent, it gives consumers back control of their energy behavior and is thus once again a piece of democratic, self-managed market.
