We are still enthusiastic about AN DER FREIHEIT DES ANDEREN. This book is a milestone in leadership literature. In the decent company it is described what can go so wrong if one advises indecently. Reinhard Sprenger has - as far as we know - advised the DEUTSCHE BANK, among others. It would be exciting to find out in one of his books what he has achieved in such companies with his ideas.
