Succession arrangements for a managing director

In a medium-sized service company in the construction industry with 120 employees, 13 test persons were examined for a position of managing director using the PEAK-A. There were 13 applicants for the position in the company. The PEAK-A tests resulted in clusters for suitability. 3 candidates were in the top range.
The organization's management was surprised by the depth of the AI-based digital selection process. Even the test subjects who did not become managing directors were satisfied with the process and the findings and continue to be productive.

The evaluation phase of PEAK-A in several organizations and for different applications will be completed at the beginning of 2023 and will be set up completely digitally from a new platform by our partner company VIER Analytics from September.
